The project research found no comprehensive Alabama consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion statute and no universal statewide opt-out. We can check the contact mailbox and available logs for information tied to a request; use the Contact page. Government records held by Alabama, Shelby County, or Alabaster offices remain under the custodian's control, so corrections or access questions about those records must go directly to that office.
